Game summary

Space Chip is a fun game set in Space with a nostalgic playmode which you have to pass through different levels full of adventure, teleporting through space gates and avoiding energy balls, spaceships, meteorites and “alienoids”. Inspired by games in the late eighties and early nineties keeping that special spirit and movements in 2D but with scenarios in 3D. You will find a different look with graphics created to make an atmosphere which is a throwback to the time where you will have fun. You will have to overcome four zones with addictive levels where the most important thing is the gameplay. The progress will be saved when you overcome the zone not the levels. Full game created with Blender Game Engine.
First released: May 2018

Play Space Chip on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play Space Chip on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
