Game summary

Lost † Game is a Japanese Yume Nikki fangame. Unlike most Yume Nikki fangames, the main character, Sakura, is already dreaming. She seems to be trapped in a dream world full of strange creatures. The chasers, known as reapers or "death gods", can harm Sakura directly. Outside of minimal dialogue, Lost † Game is unique in its use of a Game Over system upon being captured by a chaser or otherwise trapped. To compensate for this, the player can save at any time from the menu. To reach the ending, all thirteen Symbols must be collected and placed in the coffins seen at the start of the game.
First released: Aug 2011

Play Lost Game on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play Lost Game on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
