Game summary

Blankos Block Party, an open-world multiplayer game with a heavy focus on player-designed levels, is the debut title from Mythical, a new studio led by game industry veterans who helped develop major franchises including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Guitar Hero and Skylanders. Coming to PC in 2020, the inclusive world is styled like a giant block party, where players can compete on levels created by Mythical or by the community, build their own minigames to share, take on daily challenges and more! The stars of Blankos Block Party are collectible interactive digital vinyl toys called Blankos, designed by some of the world’s top artists including John-Paul Kaiser, Tara McPherson and Pete Fowler. Unlike other games, where the content you pay for is only licensed, in Blankos Block Party players will have ownership of the Blankos they buy, eliminating the need for grey markets and allowing the community to dictate the value of what is bought and sold in secondary marketplaces supported by Mythical. Blankos Block Party is developed by Mythical in partnership with Third Kind Games, and will be self-published by Mythical.
First released: Dec 2020

Play Blankos Block Party on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play Blankos Block Party on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
