Vietcong 2 is the next installment in the million+ selling Vietcong franchise, set against the background of the 1968 Tet Offensive during the Vietnam War. Brought to life through a gritty story written by well-known authors, compiled from first-hand accounts of Special Forces and Infantry servicemen stationed in Hue during the assault. Based on these historical accounts, the player will take the role of a US Captain tasked with escorting a war reporter covering the traditional New Year (Tet) festivities during a ceasefire. Follow the progress of the infamous Tet Offensive from joyous New Year celebrations in the US compound, through bloody conflict across 14 distinct locations, to the final push to reclaim the Imperial Palace and the city of Hue.

Play Vietcong 2 on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Vietcong 2 on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Step 1
Go to Parallels.com and download the latest version of the software.
Step 2

When prompted, download and install Windows 10. The download is around 5.7GB. Make sure you give it all the permissions that it asks for.
Step 4
Once Windows is done installing, you are ready to go. All that’s left to do is install Vietcong 2 like you would on any PC.
