The Lord of the Rings: White Council was a role Playing video game based on the high fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien, however on February 2, 2007, EA announced that the game had been put on an indefinite hiatus, and to date no further information has been released.
The action was meant to take place in a massive open world where you can go anywhere you want, and the characters in this world were to be powered by an incredible simulation AI based on the same technology used by the makers of The Sims 2. The story of the game was to be built around a series of Story Quests.

The easiest way to play The Lord of the Rings: The White Council on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Step 1
Go to Parallels.com and download the latest version of the software.
Step 2
Follow the installation process and make sure you allow Parallels in your Mac’s security preferences (it will prompt you to do so).
Step 3
When prompted, download and install Windows 10. The download is around 5.7GB. Make sure you give it all the permissions that it asks for.
Step 4
Once Windows is done installing, you are ready to go. All that’s left to do is install The Lord of the Rings: The White Council like you would on any PC.
