Play Vascolet: The Time Machine on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Vascolet: The Time Machine on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
Vascolet La Maquina Del Tiempo, or, Vascolet The Time Machine, in English, is a fun-filled adventure game that will keep you entertained. The game uses a 2-D world space, reminding you of the early 16-bit video games we all loved as kids. It has been marketed as a children's game but can be enjoyed by teens or adults.
The game features the most daring kid explorer in the gaming universe, Vascolet. This curious boy always has a smile and is on a quest to explore the beautiful mysteries of the past.
Plot:
Vascolet La Maquina Del Tiempo is a time-traveling adventure game that puts the eccentric Vascolet in multiple past worlds. The young adventurer naturally takes it upon himself to explore these fascinating worlds and search for valuable treasures.
You'll see him riding on the back of his T-rex as he trudges through jungles, crosses swamps, and climbs out of underground layers filled with monsters. You will also have to sneak around ancient Egyptian catacombs where scary mummies still roam the hallways. If that's now enough, there are medieval castles that house knights in full-plate armor. Last but not least, the game also has pirates!
Gameplay:
If you've ever played the original Mario game, you'll find La Maquina Del Tiempo quite familiar. There's not much the player can do besides jumping over and carefully maneuvering around enemies.
Like in older video games, one touch of the enemy will kill you, making you have to start from the last save point; there's no HP system here. However, you can jump on top of enemies to smash them into specks of dust, but your aim has to be perfect, or it's back to the last save point again.
Overall, Vascolet La Maquina Del Tiempo is a fun game for people who are tired of all the violent and mature games that have been flooding the market.
