Game summary

“Follow the sound of the Trumpet's call, Leading not towards happiness, Taking away only despair.” The story of TRUMPET takes on a modern perspective on what it means to be alive. Second year student Shinima Junjou (JJ) is burdened by a series of continuing physical illnesses and dementia which resulted in his current social isolation. Seeing himself as nothing more than a waste of valuable resources, JJ is a strong believer in Death as the only salvation. However, he unexpectedly finds himself under a state of hypocrisy as he desperately tries to find ways in becoming a source of light to those who have been imprisoned by despair.
First released: Dec 2018

Play TRUMPET on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play TRUMPET on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
