Gensou Ningyou Enbu, also known unofficially as Touhou Puppet Dance Performance, is a spiritual successor to the Pokémon FireRed hack Touhou Puppet Play, involving training and collecting puppets of various Touhou characters.
An expansion was released at Comiket 89, called Yume no Kakera, or Shard of Dreams in the community. The expansion, while being a standalone game, overhauls significant portions of the game, such as expanding upon the game's plot, as well as allowing players to do much more than the original game. The current Puppet count is now at 127, ranging from Touhou 01 to Touhou 15.

The easiest way to play Touhou Puppet Dance Performance on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
