How to play SFG Soccer: Football Fever on Mac
Game summary
Play SFG Soccer: Football Fever on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play SFG Soccer: Football Fever on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
With its initial release in 2009, S.F.G. Soccer: Football Fever has created quite a buzz. It’s not surprising that this game is fun but expect more progression and control with this sequel. The developer of this game is Stir Fry Games and is published by Blitz Arcade.
The previous version was already a popular game, and often sequels fail to meet the expectations. But in this case, it’s a different story as it’s much better and more effective. Along with added features, you can expect better graphic quality and technicalities.
Improvement from the previous version
This game was limited to X-box users in the earlier version. The Fever version allows you to play on P.C. Customization of leagues and teams is possible, along with challenging your friends to a game. The gameplay is the same as the older version with a 6v6 soccer game.
The Player's progression is deep, like RPG style with easy controls. It features a full league system where you can play solo or form a team. Additionally, you can challenge the reigning champions. You can do slide-tackles, headers, one-touch passes, instant passes, and bicycle kicks.
Fun is what you can expect from this game. With multiple player options, it can get more enthralling. This game will be a good introduction to beginners as it's pretty simple to follow. It's a good amalgamation of the new and older version, which is quite impressive.
Overall, the game is an excellent improvement to the older version offering more flexibility and smooth transition. The graphic and sound quality may not be the best but won't say it's terrible either. The fact remains that it’s still a fun soccer game allowing you and your friends to have an exciting match. Give it a shot with your friends or challenge players online!
