How to play Scorn on Mac

Play Scorn on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Scorn on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
Scorn is a well-designed first-person horror adventure game where
you can explore different passages and paths or interconnected regions, trying
to escape the nightmare.
You get to experience a nameless main character thrown into a lost
and isolated world, with civilizations dead and decayed at every sight, in an
eerie dream-like world.
The upcoming game is expected to be released in October 2022, and
fans of the gaming community worldwide have been waiting for this game since its first trailer back in 2014.
If you are into unsettling and creepy games with a plot-driven story that contains an alien environment with sights worthy of grossing you out, this is the game for you.
Plot and Gameplay
Aside from the main character being thrown into a living and
breathing world, the main storyline of Scorn is unclear. It is speculated that
the game's main objective is to escape the hellish nightmare our protagonist is
in.
However, the developers have graced us with insights into how each
location a player discovers in the eerie world will have its own story and
themes combined with puzzles and characters that play important roles.
Even though it is not an all-out shooter game, one of the trailers
shows the main protagonist possessing symbiotic weaponry, so we can expect the experience of a survival horror game with repulsive enemies to fight off against and solve spine-chilling puzzles in maze-like regions.
In this game, according to one of the trailers, the storytelling
seems to be done mainly by the environment, and players' management skills
might come in handy since this game offers not a lot of resources, like ammo,
to begin with.
You can either stand your ground and fight these grotesque
monsters with everything you have or get used to running cause this game is all
about survival and critical thinking.
