Riverbond review is a family-friendly NPC video game that can support up to 4 players. The graphics look like everything is made out of collections of pixels and cubes. You do not require much skill to play this game, as all you have to do is tap some buttons.
If you are the type of person that requires high difficulty levels to feel like a true gamer, Riverbond is not for you. It is a simple game you can play without putting much effort into using your brain.
Plot
Riverbond does not follow a specific storyline. It only consists of a series of levels that feature NPCs getting bullied. This is where you enter the game and fight off the enemies while completing various other tasks.
Each level has a boss that you are supposed to eliminate at the end. You cannot go to the next level without defeating the boss on your current level. There are different worlds you can choose to start your mission in, like frozen forests, caves, bunny villages, etc.
These worlds are never ending and are large open areas. Along the way, you will find treasure chests with different types of weapons. You are supposed to use those weapons, ranging from regular guns to funny-looking fists, to attack your enemy and defeat them.
Gameplay
The gameplay involved in Riverbond is simple and basic, which anyone can operate, from kids to adults. There is nothing complicated involved with the combat skill-wise.
You might find the biggest weapon or the smallest one from the treasure chests, but the only thing you need to do is tap the attack button repeatedly. Once you eliminate all the enemies, you stop tapping the attack button. Dying also comes at no cost, as you will not lose your score and will be able to respawn instantly.
