Plot
The storyline involves a doctor who returns to his hometown after several years away from home. When he returned to his home, he found out that his father had been murdered a night before his return.
The doctor suddenly realizes that he is also covered in blood as he had killed three men while on his way home on the train. After the townspeople learned about this incident, everyone became vigilant, and fear grew among them.
The town suddenly turned into a paradise for all the evildoers, and epidemics broke out, which sparked panic and incidents of a pogrom.
Gameplay
In Pathologic 2, the player has to follow all the leads that he finds suspicious. That will set up the scene for you in the game.
