Game summary

Mega Pinball is a budget label, three table, single-player, mouse controlled game. The three tables are shown on a rotating clothes-rack affair: Dragon Slayer, Crystal Tower and Monsters Rhapsody. The mouse is used to navigate the game's menus while the keyboard is the default controller while playing the game. While playing the game send messages to the player, These scroll right/left across the bottom of the screen and left right across the top of the screen, in both cases the text is pushed across the screen by a tractor. There is no in-game music but there are wacky sound effects. The action keys can be redefined.
First released: Dec 2000

Play Mega Pinball on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play Mega Pinball on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
