Medical 91 is a Japanese-style visual novel. The majority of the game is spent reading and listening to the story unfold, though Yuna will often be given choices that will cause the story to branch in varying ways. At many points, it is possible to move freely throughout the hospital to speak with the other characters on numerous subjects, with the story only proceeding once the proper conversations have taken place. There are also certain segments where the player must choose locations to escape pursuit, as well as avoid capture in a timing-based minigame.

Play Medical 91 on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Medical 91 on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

When prompted, download and install Windows 10. The download is around 5.7GB. Make sure you give it all the permissions that it asks for.
Step 4
Once Windows is done installing, you are ready to go. All that’s left to do is install Medical 91 like you would on any PC.
