Play Dying Light 2: Stay Human on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Dying Light 2: Stay Human on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
Dying Light 2 Staying Human is one of the most popular post-apocalyptic zombie games developed by Techland. This game revolves around Aiden Caldwell, the main character in the game.
The game is set in a city called Villedor, and Aiden enters this city in search of his lost sister. The two siblings last saw each other when they were young children.
The game is based on Aiden going around searching for her sister, while facing many challenges along the way. The audio in the game sounds realistic, especially Aiden’s voice.
Gameplay
The gameplay in Dying Light 2 Staying Human is the best to date compared to the first one. The parkour mechanics is faster and smoother and gives you an even more spontaneous way to go around the city.
It is a first-person game type, allowing you to effortlessly jump, run, and climb using only the left thumbstick and the R1 button. Even when there are challenging maneuvers to execute, you get assisted by the game. However, the player feels like they are performing those moves because of the realistic first-person view.
As you go further into the game, you will be able to gain more stamina and climb structures better. Your parkour abilities are limited initially, but you can improve those skills by earning more points.
Aiden’s combative skills are also excellent in the game, with intuition leading most of his moves. You use your hands to fight off the enemies most of the time, but you can also get access to guns in the later stages.
When you unlock fighting skills along the way, you can add them to your moves. This will ultimately lead you to take part in exciting group fights.
You can also add custom mods to your weapons to get explosive fireworks, which adds to the special effects in the game.
