It was originally supposed to be released in mid-2019, but several issues with the publishers saw it experience a delay. This game is based on the Date A Live light novel series.
Plot
Date A Live Ren Dystopia revolves around a male character called Shido. He wakes up suddenly one early morning and finds a woman teasing him. That girl is Natsumi, who is only wearing her underwear.
After the morning scene with Natsumi gets over, Shido goes out of his room, giving us a look at all the girls in his house. The girls can be seen hanging out at Shido’s house.
You are not only meant to solve the game’s mystery, but you can pass each level only after successfully courting a girl. The idea is to make them fall in love with you and kiss you, as that is the only way to seal the spirits of these girls.
Gameplay
The gameplay for Date A Live Ren Dystopia revolves around the interaction between Shido and the other female characters. When the game starts, the animation and backdrop of the story are shown.
The female characters in the game are also shown one after the other before the game starts for the players to see. The plot of the story changes according to the choices of the players.
