Play Cricket 19 on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Cricket 19 on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
Cricket 19 is the final sports game for a cricket fanatic or anyone reasonably new to the genre.
The traditional nature of cricket, with its inspiration taken from the Ashes cricket of 2017, Big Ant Studio, has done a more than decent job at recreating this masterpiece with smartened-up bots, added playable compelling scenarios taken from real-life games into the mix, and lets you do all sorts of editing.
The game is officially licensed; hence, it covers all men and women players of the Australian and England team, but the players from other countries have a mix of random faces and names. You can also see that the licensed players are extremely recognizable compared to the real-life players.
Gameplay
The game has a career mode that lets you create your rookie player and embark on this journey of taking them to the top.
You have to complete various tasks to level up your player, as in any sports game in the market, and the bar is set relatively high, so you have to upgrade your rookie's skills and unlock various perks in the race to the top.
There is also a creative mode where you can make your teams, players, challenges, and tournaments that is possible to share online. The customization options that Cricket 19 provides are incredibly detailed.
The game is enhanced compared to its inspiration with fewer glitches, but the batting and bowling feel cleaner now and still have that kick of complexity to it that makes you feel satisfied when you make a play right.
You can also control the fielding since the game prefers you play it rather than watch it play out, so it switches to a first-person minigame mode where you are given the opportunity of catching the ball and throwing it back at the wicket.
You can build your foundation on different strategies while playing multiplayer and AI.
