How to play Artificial Academy on Mac

Play Artificial Academy on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Artificial Academy on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).

🕹 Editor's notes
Japan has a crazy and unhealthy obsession with high school. It is an obsession we can see in many of their movies, anime, and video games. And, of course, when we say video games, we mean smut-filled Hentai Eroge games. Artificial Academy is one such hentai game that focuses on the educational journey of the player, amongst some other things.
The game is a product of Illusion studios and was released in 2011. It features a simulation of a high school, where the player is tasked with socially advancing their character through interactions. Because, after all, who doesn't want to return to high school, right?
Plot
Artificial Academy is more of a free-style themed game, which means that there’s no specific plot or storyline. So, what are players supposed to do? Well, they can roam around the school and befriend other NPCs.
The game lets you run a total of 24 interactions with NPCs that lead you to various results. And of course, being an eroge game, you can expect some ‘action’ in the end. So that's it; it's just a chance for you to roleplay as a high-school student and participate in some questionable underage sex. Be honest; isn’t that what you came for in the first place?
Gameplay
The overall gameplay mechanics are outdated, to be quite frank. Controlling your character is a tedious affair, which can often lead you to become frustrated. The most important aspect of the game, the ‘interaction,’ is even more buggy to deal with.
Characters have to stand in the exact spot to be open for interaction. Otherwise, you’ll have to find that character in your big green book and select the interaction option. Not very immersive, in our opinion.
