How to play Antioch: Scarlet Bay on Mac
Game summary
Antioch is an online cooperative interactive fiction game.
Based on a story written by FibreTigre (the award winning author of Out There), you’ll play as one of two detectives working together to solve a intriguing crime. The adventure will bring you to the city of Antioch, a dark metropolis surrounded by moutains and sea.
We love text adventure games, and we wanted to approach them differently. We really believe that multiplayer will breath new life to this genre, giving more depth to your choices, because you’re playing with another human being.
Antioch could be summarized as a multiplayer gamebook, playable on all mobile devices (smartphones, tablets and Apple watch).

Play Antioch: Scarlet Bay on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play Antioch: Scarlet Bay on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
