Game summary

is a mix of Scrabble and classic Snake, eat letter tiles instead of dots and build words with the letters you collect. The letter tiles spawn two by two so you can choose which letter you need most, as you eat more tiles the snake grows longer and faster. When you die by hitting yourself or the wall you can start building words with the collected letters. There are 40 levels today and to pass a level you need to write a specific set of words. For example, on level 4 you need to write atleast two words with atleast 3 letters each and one of which must start with an 'A'. Play Alfasnake on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)

The easiest way to play Alfasnake on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.

Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.

Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
