How to play 3D Chess: Nocca Nocca on Mac
Game summary
An easy-to-learn, quick-to-play abstract game containing 5 black and 5 white dice. The board is simply a 5×8 grid. All five white and black dice begin the game on their respective sides. You can win the game one of two ways:
Move one die of your color to the opponents goal (This area is behind the starting line)
Have all five of your dice on top of the other opponents.
On your turn you must move one of your dice to any orthagonal or diagonal space adjacent to this die. You may move your die on top of one or two (stacked dice). This means you will then create a stack of two or three, unless the space was empty. You may not create a stack of four. You can also move your cube on top of any stack to an adjacent space.
It takes 5-10 minutes per game, but the moves demand much attention and cleverness.

Play 3D Chess: Nocca Nocca on Mac with Parallels (virtualized)
The easiest way to play 3D Chess: Nocca Nocca on a Mac is through Parallels, which allows you to virtualize a Windows machine on Macs. The setup is very easy and it works for Apple Silicon Macs as well as for older Intel-based Macs.
Parallels supports the latest version of DirectX and OpenGL, allowing you to play the latest PC games on any Mac. The latest version of DirectX is up to 20% faster.
Our favorite feature of Parallels Desktop is that when you turn off your virtual machine, all the unused disk space gets returned to your main OS, thus minimizing resource waste (which used to be a problem with virtualization).
